What is Geomembranes – Geofantex

Geomembrane is a waterproof barrier material with high molecular polymer as the basic raw material. It has excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, low-temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and a large operating temperature range (-60–+60), and long service life (70 years). It is widely used in seepage prevention of domestic waste landfills, seepage prevention of solid waste landfills, seepage prevention of sewage treatment plants, seepage prevention of artificial lakes, tailings treatment, and other seepage prevention projects.

Main Applications of Geomembrane

  • Environmental protection, environmental sanitation: such as landfills, sewage treatment plants, power plant regulating tanks, industrial, hospital solid waste, etc.;
  • Gardens: artificial lakes, river courses, reservoirs, pond bottoms of golf courses, slope protection, green lawns, etc.;
  • Petrochemical: chemical plants, oil refineries, anti-seepage of oil storage tanks, chemical reaction tanks, linings of sedimentation tanks, secondary linings, etc.;
  • Mining industry: washing tanks, heap leaching tanks, ash dumps, dissolution tanks, sedimentation tanks, storage yards, anti-seepage of the bottom lining of tailings, etc.;
